AMERICAN URGENT CARE & WALK-IN CLINICS

My insurance recommended American Urgent Care and Walk-In Clinic earlier this week. I am so happy I opted to check them out. Located in Wildwood, it was only ten minutes from my home. It was easily accessed and very clean. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and efficient. I was a walk-in and had no issues with wait time. I was treated with kindness and respect. My concerns were recognized and examined with care and evaluated. I felt heard and was given a treatment plan with prescriptions ordered from my pharmacy. I was given time to finish my forms without feeling rushed. I was able to get my prescriptions started that evening thankfully. What was even more surprising was the next day I received a call from the doctor checking on me and my health! I was pleasantly surprised and quite happy! Thank you American Urgent Care staff.

Called to see if they took walk-in. They texted me the address. The fastest walk-in physician office I have ever been seen. Under 30 mins from me walking in filling out ppwk- and was seen. Dr Muhammad and the NP- Sara- asked detailed questions. Wasn’t rushed, they took their time. Beat Urgent Care I have been to!! Office staff and physicians were extremely personable and sympathetic to my illness! A must go for a physician office!
