Joe and Jack visited us today, after an initial call out to them. They responded quickly and efficiently, unblocked all our drains and advised on next steps. Really pleasant guys and would highly recommend them!

After months of rat issues and dead ends with other companies, SB Drain Services finally found the breach using CCTV and a smoke test—something no one else had done. Steve, Jack, and Joe were professional, on time, and easy to book. Steve really knows his stuff and explained everything clearly, with genuine empathy. Their pricing was fair and better than other quotes I’d had. If you’re dealing with rats or drain problems, I’d absolutely recommend them.
