My wife and I were so lucky to work with Team Bennet. Kevin and Cortney were incredibly professional in every aspect of selling our home. They were also very pleasant, friendly, and easy to work with. For me, after working with many realtors, what sets them apart is their advising and negotiating skills. As a lawyer, I truly value those skills. They were not interested in making a quick deal, even when that was in their interest. Their interests were aligned with ours; getting the highest price for our house with the best possible terms. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Team Bennett is the best real estate team I've ever worked with! I'm grateful for being referred to them by a friend. I was dealing with some health issues at the time and Kevin and Courtney were so awesome to work with and took on more than most relators would be willing to handle. They are so knowledgeable about the market and provided very good insight to help set the right price. They are incredibly professional, and the marketing materials are second to none! The house sold quickly for close to asking in a market that was getting softer by the day due to rising interest rates. I can't say enough good things about Team Bennett!!
