Kossi is incredible. 2 weeks ago my built-in microwave died and Kossi handled the job quickly and efficiently. Today he replaced my dishwasher- again, he was fantastic. Neither job was straightforward- are they ever? :) But he was great and everything is working. Super friendly too. Couldn’t be happier.

Kossi provided a 2-hour window and arrived on time, fixing my dryer the same day. I am very satisfied with the customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend Regal.

Kossi gave us excellent service. He came one day and within 15 mins diagnosed the source of the problem to be two possible issues. He ordered the two parts and returned two days later. He tried both parts and only charged me for the one that was broken. He was very professional and careful with my glass top stove.
