Prime Restoration did an excellent job after an ice dam affected three levels of my home. From the very first call with Sharon, everything felt handled, she immediately sent Ryan, the project manager, out to assess the situation. The entire team was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step of the process, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Ryan, Sean, and Jose were absolutely the best, very professional, hardworking, and respectful of my home. I highly recommend Prime Restoration and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Prime restoration came to our home when our 20 year old water heater decided it was done and the bottom fell out! Our house was total chaos with most every room soaking wet! Prime knew just what to do and got to work getting all the water up and then started removing our bamboo flooring which was wet and badly damaged. They placed drying equipment and took care of everything! This company is very professional and the technicians worked really hard and they were very polite and courteous guys on top of the great job they did!
