Diesel Dudes Mobile Repair

I contacted them to go change a fuel pump on a truck for me as a road service. I had to find the fuel pump for them, they charged me extra for the pump, and then locked the keys in the truck. I had to pay to get the doors unlocked and they will not even talk with me about that extra cost incrued by there mechanic. That did not fix the issue but did help. I called them back the next day to go scan the truck and they stated they would. 6 hours later I reached back out to them and they stated they would contact the mechanic. An hour later still no word so I had it towed to TN so I could diagnose the problem myself. After getting the truck to my shop I found it has contaminated fuel that should have been noticed by the mechanic installing the fuel pump. I asked a gentlemen claiming to be the owner about his experience and he said he felt comfortable. In hindsight sight I believe they are random Mechanics trying to make a living off unsuspecting people. I would never recommend them to Anybody in the future.

Danil , was polite ,answered any questions I had and definitely knew what he was doing! I told the manager I would keep there number handy as being a disabled veteran, I don't have many people I can call for help !
