We used Ivan’s Handyman Master Solution in early Dec. 2025 for a residential move out and truck loading service. His posted rates for this service are very reasonable! Ivan and Max were on time, courteous, careful and worked fast. Ivan even called in a 3rd crew member for a small additional per hour fee. Our 3 bdrm. house full of lots of heavy furniture was loaded into a 26ft. truck within 3-4 hours. We were very pleased with their communication prior to and all during the move out day. Ivan answered questions very thoroughly and promptly. They were experienced and knew how to do their job. They even brought shoe booties to wear on new carpet-thank you! I will highly recommend Ivan and crew. He’s a good, strong, straight forward, hardworking, nice man to do business with. Thank you Ivan!

Had a leak repaired that included replacing siding, reinstalling 2 large windows, a sliding glass door, and replacing a damaged window header. The work was professional, thorough, and everything is now sealed and aligned perfectly.Highly recommend!

Ivan just finished a couple of repair projects for me. Cleaned and painted interior of my deck roof and then I asked him to look at the bottom trim around my house. it was rotting in places. He took out the old trim, bought some better material and afixed them to the house. He did an excellent job In a reasonable amount of time. Showed up when he said he would and worked hard to complete the projects. I would definitely hire him again.
