Softwash Ranger

Four stars may be a bit generous, but they deserve more than three because all of the hard stuff turned out beautifully -- slate roof, bluestone walk, concrete sides of house, and pool tiles. They know nothing about wood and do not protect it. Before I hired them I emailed them my worry that untreated teak may be an issue. They said it would be fine which I incorrectly took to mean they knew how to protect it. They bleached out all of my wood door frames, doors, and window frames, which now need to be reconditioned with linseed oil to restore the stripped oils. They will now always look more weathered than their years. I complained about it after the cleaning, and they were coming back anyway to catch some missed spots and clean my pool. After the redo, while the wood was still wet, they pointed out how nice it looked, dark and shiny, and claimed it had retained all of the oils. I am not stupid. I knew it would dry out looking bleached again, that if you do the same thing you get the same result. I found that statement to be obviously false and not respectful of my intelligence.

Made my 18 year old roof look like new again! From first contact to end of job, all went perfect. They showed up early, got it done efficiently, and clearly knew what they were doing. Very professional and courteous as well!

Ben and crew did a great job on a full roof and house wash job yesterday. The house looks fantastic! The house hasn't been painted outside for 12 years so I am getting a fresh coat of paint added while it is clean, but it won't look any better after the painting than it does right now. I couldn't be more pleased.

Mario and his team did a great job. My tennis court had a black haze all over it, so bad in some places that the white lines were hidden. Any moisture at all, and it was a skating rink. Softwash Ranger came when they said they would and got to work. 4 hours later, my court looked like new! Highly recommended; if you own an outdoor court, you should clean it up with Softwash Ranger!

Ben was great! He was prompt with an estimate (unfortunately it went into my Junk mail folder the first time!), showed up on time and did a wonderful job. He even took care of a huge hornets nest that had developed on my roof. I’m having him back after the winter to do my walkways and brick exterior and retaining walls.
