On Demand Moving

I would not recommend On Demand moving company to anyone. I filled out their forms in advance as they requested. I paid the $30.00 protection fee was quoted $765.00 for the move. The photos will explain my frustration with this company. A broken antique oak dinning room table they told me to get some glue to put it together. This table has been moved 4 times without being destroyed. A $400.00 new Webber grill with legs broken a box of my grandma's serving bowls shattered in pieces I wrapped with bubble wrap. When I reached into the box to unpack the bowls I cut my fingers. So my quote was $765 I was charged $1063.50 . When I asked why the increase they said they did realize I had a couch and living room chairs. I would think this would be the norm for ones living room unless I sat on the floor . I was told a 4 hour move but it was 8 hours. Needless to say this is not acceptable to someone who is already stressed about moving. Chase sent me a link to give a review well here it is. We did not do a walk through I'm not sure where you got this and as far as working hard I do also and am not able to replace damaged items.

On demand moving had helped me move multiple times in the past few years. I have enjoyed every move as it was seamless and headache free. The last move was especially helpful as I needed assistance with moving items from my apartment into my storage unit in Adrian. Everything was well packed and taken care of!
