Have a gas fireplace, but really haven’t used it much. This business came out right on time and helped us make sure that our home was safe to use it. I really appreciate this business and the people that run it. Thank you, Shane And Ashley and the technician that also came out! Would highly recommend.

I called at 12:45 pm and my unit was running by 2:00 pm. Tony was professional, prepared, and knowledgeable. He started troubleshooting right away, identified the problem, and had it fixed and was gone in under an hour. Highly recommended.

These guys are the real deal. It sucks to hear that you have to completely replace your HVAC unit, but Giles took care of everything for a lot less than I expected to pay and a lot faster as well. They run a tight ship, everyone I talked to was professional and friendly. Special thanks to Tony, Miss Ashley, and the two guys who did the install, y'all saved our summer.

We have been Giles customers for 20 years. They have installed and maintained our 2 HVAC units. Recently we had 2 hot water heaters installed. During that visit, we told them we had issues with cooling and heating the house. Our ductwork in the crawl space was badly damaged amd/or disconnected over the years by rodents. They removed and replaced everything and provided preventive measures. Shane, Ashley, Charles and Ezach were professional and knowledgeable. Service was prompt, prices were reasonable and communication was excellent. I highly recommend Giles.

This work has ranged from routine HVAC maintenance to balancing system air flows in my own home to replacing entire HVAC systems. Mr. Giles is extremely knowledgeable and experienced, does excellent work at a very reasonable price, and most importantly, is quick to respond. I highly, highly recommended this company for HVAC or water heater issues. They arrived in about 10 minutes after I called, very prompt and professional. Their rates are very reasonable! Ashley is so kind as well as all of their employees including Shawn the owner. They explained everything about my unit and went over the invoice and explained everything they did and left no mess behind. I highly appreciate the promptness and kindness extended to me. We are building a new home in Athens and I reached out to Giles Heating & Air because of their reviews. We called and spoke with Ashley on 11/21/2024 and she told us to send the plans and they will work up a quote within a few days and get back to us. We waited until 12/08/2024 with no response, so we sent a follow up email indicating we haven't heard back from them. Still no reply, so on 12/11/2024, we placed another call to them. Ashley said they couldn't find the quote, but after some time she said she found it, apologized and said they would get the written quote to us no later than tomorrow. We explained we needed to get the written quote to the lenders as part of our builder's costs for approval. Well, it's now Feb 8th, and never received anything from them. It just appears they are either not interested in this type of job or don't need more customers. It's quite disappointing - they had our number and email to relay any such information. We moved on to a contractor that was interested in our business and was responsive. UPDATE: be sure to read their reply and ask yourself if they are a company you want to work with. I'm extremely easy to get along with and came here not to disparage your company (which you are doing all on your own), but to give an honest review (heads up, that's what reviews are for) of your COMPLETE LACK OF RESPECT AND FOLLOW THRU. If that's dodging a bullet, well, you have a lot to learn. Reading and comprehension are vital in this world, you'll note that my review was about my experience with your company. Good day. An apology for your lack of response would have been a better business decision.
