Full service by appointment includes. oiling oil able motors, cleaning outdoor coils (when temps. are agreeable), taking amp draws we tighten electrical connections, clearing drain lines, check and clean filters. We do service gas furnaces that require more in depth cleaning and can vary in price.
A/C system repair
$100.00
A service call consists of the trip out and the first half hour of labor. any time after that is 100.00 dollars an hour. We like to let you know what the repair will be upfront so there aren't any surprises.

Have a gas fireplace, but really haven’t used it much. This business came out right on time and helped us make sure that our home was safe to use it. I really appreciate this business and the people that run it. Thank you, Shane And Ashley and the technician that also came out! Would highly recommend.

I called at 12:45 pm and my unit was running by 2:00 pm. Tony was professional, prepared, and knowledgeable. He started troubleshooting right away, identified the problem, and had it fixed and was gone in under an hour. Highly recommended.
