We had a great experience buying our home with Marty. He thoroughly understands the ins and outs of the process and took the time to walk us through all of it and explain everything clearly. We had a ton of questions and he answered them all, giving us his expert opinions and making us feel confident in our decisions. He had great tips and tricks up his sleeve to make our offer stand out, and he took care of us through the negotiation process. At the closing he was efficient yet thorough, explaining everything to us so we understood all of the documents we were signing. Dawn also was amazing - very responsive and helpful, always taking care of what we needed. Would recommend Marty and his team to anyone going through the home buying or selling process - he’s the lawyer you want on your side!

As a realtor partnering with the right attorney as part of the team is very important. Marty is thorough, knowledgeable and focused on working with the seller or buyer by understanding their needs so everyone reaches the closing table!
