I called Canal Town Electric about one of the circuits in my house going out. Eric called me back, I explained the problem in detail, and spent time with me explaining to me what things could possibly be wrong, how they would logically proceed, and, depending on what they find, how much it might cost. I’m no electrician, but I’ve done very minor work, and he suggested some things I could try.
I couldn’t fix it, so called to make an appointment. Once again, Eric called back, set up the appointment, and discussed the problem some more with me. But the next morning, following his suggestions, I was able to locate the problem, and canceled the appointment. Once again, Eric called me back to followup on what the problem turned out to be.
I really appreciated the fact that he always got back to me, and, knowing I had a bit of experience with minor electrical stuff, spent his time explaining what I could check if I wanted to before making an appointment.
He didn’t have to do this - he could have just made an appointment to come out - as I likely would never have found the problem without his suggestions.
I hope I don’t have any more issues, but if I ever do, I will definitely give Canal Town Electric a call.
