I took a chance and booked with Jen hoping she would be able to help me manage an autoimmune disease and associated issues. What I got instead is kismet! In the six months I’ve been working with her, I feel blessed to have found an incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate, supportive, and curious dietician whose thorough understanding of a variety of health issues is both deeply impressive and deeply helpful. I have a caring partner in solving my particular health issues who is invested in helping me feel my best. She’s simply the best.

Jen was critical in helping me formulate a diet and exercise plan to help pain caused by peripheral neuropathy in my legs, and moreover help me actually stay disciplined and follow it! I've suffered from dysimmune peripheral neuropathy for years without a clear diagnostic cause or set treatment plan, and only after making significant lifestyle changes with Jen's help did the pain really start to become manageable. Overall, I found she had an unusually practical and individual-centric approach compared to more rigid experiences I've had with other nutritionists, and her interest in developing a plan I personally could stick with long-term (rather than some idealized spartan regimen I'd hate and give up on) was all the difference. I couldn't recommend more!
