I’m actually very disappointed in the service I received despite the decent reviews from the company. Maybe I went in with too high of expectations. Every concern I’d brought up has been met with indifference and gaslighting. I think the photo of your fertilizer sign that wasn’t trimmed around on the following mow trip summarizes everything I’ve experienced. These photos were taken 2 days after your team came and mowed and “trimmed”. A aluminum can was left in the driveway that fell out of the trash can, the crew mowed over it and left shredded debris all over. Verified can destruction on surveillance system, ran it over then looked at it and drove away with a shoulder shrug. Overpriced and maybe too large of a company to care whether or not if they lose your business. If they have to get off of their riding mowing equipment expect it to get missed. To not take the pride to remove their own sign to mow or trim around it is really the only photo needed but here are the results of me spending $1623 from May 30th to August 5th with this company and these photos are the reason I fired them. I found a different company for $20 less per mowing and have not had a single issue since. Don't be afraid to look at other companies in Omaha, there are hundreds of them. ***11-10-25 EDIT: As a response to the reply on this review stating that the owners or whoever was willing to talk with me about this once they have my information to call me. That ship had sailed. I DID talk with you on the phone about this and you basically told me to get bent and that there was nothing you were going to do. Your offering is to try to safe face on google.***

I have relied on OLS for my landscaping maintenance for three years. Their team is reliable and consistent! There have been a few times when areas were missed, and a quick call got them out to fix things up. I love supporting a local business who knows what I need year over year.
