The best massages you'll ever get. Everyone here is carefully chosen for their talent. I've had quite a few massages from Dylan and I'm always so impressed. He's knowledgeable about what he's doing, and makes it easy to communicate if you need something specific. the recent massage I got was definitely more brutal then the ones I've gotten a few years ago, but the pain felt productive and I could feel him getting deep into areas that needed it. after the massage I felt like I could do a backflip.

I saw Adelle for a 60-minute massage. Even in just 60 minutes, Adelle accomplished a lot and left me feeling like we had spent more time together. She did a thorough assessment before, which seemed to inform her approach, and during the massage I noticed she adapted to my style and needs. Really looking forward to going back. Highly recommend. I was also able to book on short notice! Especially grateful, as that's usually a challenge.

Deserie is by far the best massage therapist I’ve seen! She always discusses what areas we want to address before each appointment, and is really good about checking in throughout the massage to make sure the pressure is comfortable. Always on time, professional, and friendly 😊.

Adelle has actual magic powers. I came in for a 120 minute therapeutic massage and it was exactly that. I haven't felt such relief since working with a physical therapist before. She took great care in addressing my areas of concern in ways that weren't painful which was so appreciated. Its been almost 24 hours and I still feel great, no soreness, and she even gave me some at home stretches to help! I will definitely be back. If you have problems areas, and want those areas therapeutically addressed (and even other areas you didnt even know were the problem), without pain, while still having a healing and relaxing experience, go see Adelle.

I’ve been seeing the same massage therapist for nine years because she beats me up and when she canceled on me today, I really needed a massage, so rather than wait as I usually do, I randomly found this place on Reddit and booked Desiree in Sugarhouse through the site because she had an opening and hoped for the best. I booked a 90 minute because that’s what I need and I just hoped that she had what it takes. And she does plus some! She has two decades of experience and I plan on seeing her consistently. I love a Deep tissue massage that feels like my fascia is being rolled, and my body is completely healed. I just got lucky with Desiree. Sports style level massage. I need someone like this! I’ve just recommended her to two people at work. I haven’t felt this good all year. I hesitate to leave a review because I wanna ensure that she’s open all the time, but I also want to share good things with the public because it can take years to find your right hair person, nail technician, and massage therapist. Thank you!

I've been going to Blue Water Bodywork and I've just received a wonderful massage from their new therapist Adelle. She is very intouch with how to work the body and she gave me insights on what was going that I'd never had before. I'd recommend almost anyone at the Sugarhouse location though. Can't go wrong.

Adelle is incredible and has a unique ability to find issues and work them out in a gentle way. I really like her style and a few days later my body still feels wonderful!

Hands down the best massage I've had in my life. They quickly diagnosed a problem I've been having for weeks with my shoulder and worked it out immediately. Days later my shoulders never been better! Shoutout to Kyle.

I have some severe pain that I needed worked on but was a little hesitant to get an hour to start as I had never been there before. I booked a 30 min massage with Deserie and I quickly asked to extend the session once she began. Great service and highly professional, will be returning very soon.

I’ve been here for multiple massages with different staff and have always had great experiences. Unfortunately today has completely changed my mind. I would not recommend Dylan to anyone. He does not listen, continues to push and pull on you when you’re asking him to stop, and is overall rude. This was absolutely the worst massage experience I have ever had. I called ahead asking if they could do a light massage as my piriformis muscle was feeling tight after a long week of driving, but informed them that I have a trail running race on Saturday so I DID NOT want anything aggressive and I did not want to be sore. I was recommended to see Dylan as he has ‘experience’. I spoke with Dylan for over 10 minutes before getting started emphasizing how I did not want anything aggressive as my race is in less than 48 hours and I just wanted some gentle massage of my glutes/hip. We agreed that nothing deep would be done so I would not be sore. I said how it hurts when I move it into internal rotation and adduction, and that I also have history of hip impingement so I really cannot do those movements. He asked what I did for work and I told him I’m a physical therapist, and that I really just wanted a light massage for today to loosen up my glute muscles, nothing else. He began by shoving my hip repeatedly into internal rotation. There were numerous points in the massage where I asked him to go lighter, eventually begging saying PLEASE go lighter!! And he would not listen. He continued to force my hip into internal rotation and adduction with pressure as I repeatedly told him it hurt and that it was my joint hurting not surrounding muscles and to please stop, and he told me the pain is good and that I needed to keep going. I eventually grabbed my leg so he would stop. He went on saying how I’d only be sore for 48 hours and I had to repeatedly mention that my race was sooner than that and that I had asked to NOT be sore at all. Same thing happened again with another area, not listening and pushing into extreme pain. He tried to move onto my other leg and I stopped him because I was in so much pain. At the end he mocked me saying ‘the client is always right. Oh no the PT is always right’. This was absolutely not the massage I asked for, and I felt that I was very vocal throughout the session saying how badly it hurt and requesting lighter pressure. I do not feel that Dylan is a safe masseuse and I truly do not recommend anyone with orthopedic issues to see him
