I recently had Alex from Lake Pointe Plumbing replace both of my hot water tanks, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the beginning, Alex was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent about the work that needed to be done. He took the time to explain my options, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with the process.
The installation was completed efficiently and with exceptional attention to detail. Alex arrived on time, worked diligently, and left everything clean and organized when the job was finished. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers.
Finding a plumber who is reliable, honest, and skilled can be challenging, but Alex exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Alex and Lake Pointe Plumbing to anyone looking for quality plumbing work and outstanding customer service. Five stars!
