My Mom was having issues with her gas fireplace, and it was getting COLD. Anderson was on time, informative, and polite and showed me (her son) how to use the gas logs. Two thumbs up to Birmingham Grill Company we need more customer service like this in our city!

Highly recommend! Anderson worked on our gas fire place and fixed it in no time! He communicates well, is trustworthy, and reasonable. A pleasure to work with!
