After over 30 yrs of marriage, I lost a stone in my wedding band. The popular jeweler here in Palm Harbor whom I trusted, charged a very large fee to replace it. 2 weeks later the stone was gone again. That jeweler claimed it was the opposite side of the ring and would not honor their work. Although broken hearted I put my wedding ring away in my jewelry box. I had an18kt gold ring, my husband brought me back from Italy in a design called "the Florentine, I wore this like a wedding band. Trouble is I lost a lot of weight and during a hectic week, I lost the ring. I was heartbroken again. I could barely speak when I went in and spoke with Dylan. I tried drawing pics for him, no good, he looked up every Florentine design he could find and printed it for me in color. I was a mess and embarrassed because I could not stop crying. I remembered I had taken some selfies and had the ring on. these were tiny pics on my phone. Dylan did his best and while it is not exactly the same as my ring. This is my ring. Dylans design makes me happy, and the jeweler did a wonderful job making it. Then I said will you just make me a small band with my wedding ring at least I will have the gold. The jeweler suggested he just replace the stone, and when he quoted me a price I started crying tears of happiness again!! their price was so fair and amazing! I have some other stones I will be bringing to NY Diamond Center so they can make me some more amazing pieces.
