I have been a member at Polk Stables for over a year now and it has been a great experience. The staff, the environment, the opportunities for networking, the coffee, yes, and all the amenities make it a great place to work. I also recently hosted my wife's birthday party and the place was perfect. All our guests were impressed.

From the very first phone call to actually using the space, my experience with Polk Stables was flawless. Steve was phenomenal — knowledgeable, welcoming, and deeply intentional in how he introduced the facility. I never once felt rushed. Instead, I was given a thoughtful tour with a thorough explanation of the mission and purpose behind the space, which truly resonated with me.
The facility itself is beautiful, versatile, and thoughtfully designed. The Polklore museum?! Beautiful and carefully thought out.There are so many different styles of rooms and setups, making it perfect for a wide range of uses. The pricing is very competitive, and when you add in the ambience and atmosphere, it’s a no-brainer. Polk Stables doesn’t feel like a typical workspace — it feels like a soft café that feels like home. Inspiring, calm, and creative.
Steve accommodated me last-minute and genuinely set me up for success. I left feeling inspired and supported, which says a lot. I would absolutely use this facility again and highly recommend Polk Stables to anyone looking for a space that blends function, beauty, and community.
