The gentlemen at Quality Auto Repair & Tires were extremely helpful with in my desperate time of need. Being as though I get off in the late afternoon, I was nervous about finding a place that would be able to service me at a low cost. The first location I went to overly charged me, along with providing poor communication. I really appreciated QAR&T staying open until 8pm. When I arrive, their customer service was top tier! I explained being in need of new tires but was running across financial issues at the moment.. They gave me several different payment options and assured me that they will help the best way they could! …and they surely did!!! Not only did they find the best option, they informed me of things that needed to be fixed. They will be my new auto shop and I will make sure I send all of my friends & family to them. Thank you so much.

Had a flat actually a fast leak. On way home from Arlington Virginia to Baltimore. Edward got my tire looked at ASAP and the leak was too big to fix. Got me set up with two new front tires, the other one was just as bad. Friendly, helpful, and the shop had Wi-Fi for customers. Apparently, coffee machine too, but I didn't have time for that. The tires were ready too quickly! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Maryland state inspection was done quickly and honestly. They only pointed out real issues, no upselling, and explained everything clearly. Fair price and professional service. Thanks Jackson

Great service and experience! I had just purchased a car and the MD state inspection needed to be done. I called around 5 PM to see if they could fit me in. Great customer service over the phone and they were able to take me despite it being Thanksgiving week. There were some folks waiting for repairs and a few walked in needing tires. All were serviced immediately and I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Because it was after 6, they couldn’t get the report in the system until morning - MVA system closes at 6. Awesome guys.

I took my car in to get looked at and within one day they were able to tell me the issue and got me the best deal possible. Jackson was very helpful and communicated efficiently.
