House Doctors of Cary

After having a leak in our toilet wax ring and going through the remediation process, we used House Doctors of Cary to repair the hole in our ceiling that was cut by the plumber, and replace the tile in the bathroom that was broken out by the mitigation company. The technician did meticulous work. We asked him to use the tile we already had on hand (which made it harder because they weren't all the right size). He also fixed the underlying problem so it doesn't happen again. Both areas look new and the technician left it spotless. The price was more than fair based on the time spent on it and the office was very helpful to answer my questions.

Had a exhaust fan replaced in my laundry room. the first time it was installed the roof vent got pushed up causing a leak.came back out sealed leak and replaced fan and was good no leaks.suggested and offered to replace vent on the roof so came back out and replaced the roof vent that needed to be installed with the type of exaust fan and now it's back leaking again hence the 2 star review Review keeps changing so until fixed correctly this is my review
