I can’t say enough good things about this Ramon! Our old water heater started leaking unexpectedly, and we needed help fast. From the first call, he was professional, responsive, and clear about what needed to be done. He arrived on time, carefully assessed the situation, and thoroughly explained our options before moving forward. His workmanship was outstanding — he efficiently removed the old unit, ensured everything was properly shut off and safe, and installed the new water heater with great attention to detail. He checked all connections, tested for leaks, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. You could tell he takes real pride in his work. Even with the complexity of the replacement, he finished the job in a very timely manner without cutting any corners. Our hot water was restored the same day, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. We’re extremely happy with the service and will absolutely call him again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and trustworthy plumber!

Ramon was great! Called and explained that we had a major leak at our water meter. He showed up 30 min later and fixed the leak within an hour. He was honest, transparent, and gave excellent customer service. He’s our new go to for any future issues!
