I purchased the property from out of state. Cheryl was great! Very personable and resourceful. She and her assistant Scott rapidly responded to countless EMails and texts regarding all aspects of the property; even regulations of the HOA, old surveys and troves of other valuable information that were well beyond expectation. Scott was also phenomenal. His knowledge of the local geography, ecology, history and hydrology was both impressive greatly appreciated. I was on a limited time table and Cheryl was able to move up the closing to accommodate my schedule. I've never had a closing go so smoothly. No last minute scrambling. I was able to close on the purchase from a distance with comfort and ease. I'd use this team again without hesitation.

We were selling our condo from out of state and Cheryl and her team were so helpful. They handled all the day to day details and just took care of everything. She was also very helpful and knowledgable during the negotiation process. Her whole team was very responsive, professional and helpful!
