Here at The Boulders, you will find the most unique and authentic living experience in all of Rochester. We didn’t build up - we built out! We offer a beautifully landscaped and scenic community just outside the hustle & bustle of downtown Rochester. At The Boulders, we have several options for your living space to include 1, 2, & 3 bedroom all-electric apartments and separate townhome living options.
The Boulders' setting is ideal for your pets because at The Boulders, your pets are people, too! We have vast open areas perfect for walking Fido, with plenty of doggie stations located throughout the acreage. Each month, one lucky resident wins a prize for sending in a photo of their furry family member!

I’ve had an excellent experience living at this property. The townhomes are spacious, modern, and well maintained, with thoughtful touches like updated appliances, ample storage, and private outdoor areas. The community is quiet, clean, and feels very safe.
The management team is genuinely helpful and responsive—maintenance requests are handled quickly, and communication is always clear. Parking is convenient, and the amenities (like the pool, gym, and pet-friendly areas) make day-to-day living really enjoyable.
Overall, I’m very happy here and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live.

I recommend living here at The Boulders to anyone such a wonderful place! The neighbors are respectful and the office/maintenance staff are friendly and helpful! Clean property, amazing amenities such as indoor/outdoor pool, big gym (onsite personal trainer), kiddo park, closed dog area… I personally love how spacious ever area in the home is from living room, kitchen, walk-in closets, bathrooms to garage! Great area across The Shoppes on Maine and highway 63&52.
