Zach, came out and inspected my Mustang. I thought my glass was leaking, during heavy rains, causing a puddle on my interior floor board. Zach thoroughly inspected my glass both outside and inside the car. Moreover, pulling the inner panels to make sure it showed no signs of water collecting. He further pulled up a video showing me a secondary possible condition of my problem, unrelated to the windshield. Demonstrating a solution to my issue. This man is one of the most personable, caring and professional of any service representative I have ever done business with.
