ER-GE BBQ & HOT POT BUFFET offers a fun and satisfying dining experience with a large variety of ingredients to choose from. The setup is clean and organized, and the selection for both hot pot and BBQ is bigger than what you normally see at similar places. Vegetables, meats, seafood, sauces, and sides are all laid out neatly, making it easy to build your plate and try different combinations. The broth choices and grilling options give you plenty of flexibility, and everything tasted fresh during my visit. The staff stayed attentive, cleared tables quickly, and kept the buffet sections stocked even when it got busy. It’s a great place to come hungry, take your time, and enjoy a mix of flavors in a relaxed environment. Overall, a solid buffet spot with good variety and a comfortable atmosphere.

We had a weekend lunch here as a family of 4. It is an Asian Buffet place with nice interior and ambience but very restrictive practices. Service- As u enter ur kids are measured on a scale. 54 inches and above - adult. They give u plenty of warnings whether u want to continue or return. You are not supposed to get ur own cold drinks and water as we learnt hard way. You are not supposed to leave any leftovers as u will be charged $13/lb. You can eat all u want otherwise. There is a BBQ hot plate and 4 hot plates for boiling soup. You cook your own meat and seafood. Staff were stern and condescending and seem to prefer Asian or White customers. Very often pointed us to some written rule on the wall that u can't do this or that. Felt like we were in a controlled China. Food - There are some cooked warm food ready to eat and mostly cold marinated food ready to cook. They provide boiling soups to boil your food. They have large variety of meat and seafoods. They also have dessert and ice cream. Cost- it costed $35 per adult and $18 per kid. Overall, we found the experience being negative for first timers. It is way too much work understanding a complex setup and restrictive policies. We were stressed out and busy cooking and making sure we don't pickup stuff we can't finish. After spending $130+ for a family I was hungry as we stepped out If we have to cook our food we have kitchen at home and grocery stores. However, if you like to cook your food and eat fresh you may like it.
