Hudson Design and Build

Patrick and his crew built a beautiful, large addition on our family home. It was a complex project that involved tying in to an existing structure and meshing with its unique architectural style. It was truly so helpful to have Patrick’s builder- and designer-eye for this project. We are very happy with the final product. In addition to being a very good designer, I would also note that Patrick Hudson is very good guy. Our project involved some learning and growing pains with regard to budget and staffing. Patrick worked with us as much as possible on the budget and used our feedback to completely improve his company’s processes. Building in Vermont is both tough and much needed. I’d say our region is very lucky to have Patrick and his team both for their work ethic and for the beautiful product they create.

Pat and his team did a great job addressing water damage that occurred to our house in December, 2024. We also made changes to the room layouts in the kitchen and upstairs bathroom. Pat was very helpful during the design phase. Workmanship was top notch and the team was very helpful in all phases of the project. We were very happy to work with Pat and team to a successful conclusion to what was a very difficult job. We highly recommend Hudson and Son’s for new builds and/or renovations.
