Fantastic experience from start to finish. The truck came onsite and shredded 256 gallons of files for our office, making what could have been a stressful task feel fast, easy, and organized. Everyone was professional, respectful of confidential materials, and worked efficiently. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to other offices.

Steel City Shredding is a professional company with the most respectful people. Our initial inquiry contact was with Aaron. He provided all the answers to our questions and let us know we would be contacted within several days to schedule. We were promptly contacted and given a date. Alex called me to confirm our address and give me an approximate time of arrival. He was such a kind, respectful young man! Our invoice was the price quoted and the shredding was done quickly. From beginning to end, Steel City Shredding displayed excellence and efficacy! We would most certainly call upon them again for bulk shredding needs!
