My wife and I welcome this opportunity to express our sincere thanks to Charles and Simon of GlassHouse Design and Glazing, for completing our project very much on time, on budget and adhering to the architect’s plans with exacting and fastidious attention to detail. We were seriously impressed with the tradespeople who were brought in to do the work that Charles and Simon do not do, e.g. plumbing, plastering and, most importantly, roofing. They were all punctual, tidy and courteous. We had to have a complete new roof that we now consider a work of art. The skills and workmanship involved in our transformational project are a credit to Charles’s choice of tradesmen. Our project wasn’t an overly ambitious or expensive one but it has enabled us to change the function of the upstairs area and made a significant improvement to the space, storage and insulation of our home. As a neighbour who had used Charles and Simon in the past once said when we were dithering over which builder we should choose to do the work: “Why would you choose anyone else?” Wise words indeed!
