Bought 4 new wheels and tires. 2 of the tires I received were used and dirty and treads full of pebbles. Obviously takes offs. Date codes even showed they were older than other 2.
Brought this up to Spencer. Kept getting told new ones would be in and date kept getting pushed back farther and farther. Been almost 3 months now and nothing. Knew I wasn't getting them swapped out from the beginning
