I cannot say enough wonderful things about Aqua-Tots Swim School – Mississauga location, especially Nada and Jay. They are truly the heart of this location. From day one, they have been nothing but welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring toward me and my daughter . They always take the time to listen to the kids and the parents, and you can clearly see how much they care about each child’s progress, comfort, and safety. If there is ever an issue or concern, they go above and beyond to resolve it promptly and professionally, always keeping the children’s best interests at the forefront. My daughter absolutely loves them, and that alone says everything. I honestly wouldn’t pick any other location. The entire team here truly watches out for the kids, ensuring they are safe, supported, and confident in the water. The facility itself is extremely clean, which is so important to me as a parent. I also really appreciate the thoughtful details — like the blow dryers provided after swim class, which make getting out the door so much easier, and the free coffee for parents, which is such a nice touch on early mornings or after a long day. My daughter Jaylah’s swim teachers have also been absolutely amazing. She has had Gary and Matteo, and I must say they are fantastic when it comes to making sure she is doing everything correctly before moving on to the next level. They never took their eyes off her, which was one of the biggest things I looked for as a parent. They encouraged her, pushed her in the best way possible, and made sure each lesson was done properly and thoroughly while still being fun and motivating. Overall, this is by far the best swim school. The environment is welcoming, very diverse, and truly feels like a community. I would highly recommend Aqua-Tots to any parent — especially this Mississauga location. If you’re looking for a swim school where your child is genuinely cared for, supported, and set up for success, this is the one.
