Absolutely terrible experience! The dealership looked like it was falling apart!messy and very unprofessional. The receptionist was rude and acted like didn’t care about customers at all. When I asked about doing a pre-purchase inspection, they recommended “Carmel auto repair” (which is located next door)……I specifically asked the manager if they were affiliated with the service shop he recommended. He looked me in the face and said NO. After doing basic due diligence via chatgpt and checking BBB website I found out they actually are RELATED!. Both companies are owned by the same people. So the manager just lied straight to my face without hesitation,that kind of dishonesty is a huge red flag. Like they wanted me to pay for the ppi, so they can inspect their own “serviced car” lol, huge conflict of interest. No thanks,I walked away and would strongly recommend others to avoid this place.
