I’ve been a patient of Dr. Khan for around two years, and the experience has been consistently positive. He and his staff have truly helped guide me in the right direction on my journey. They are always kind, supportive, and welcoming. I’m very grateful for the care and encouragement I’ve received.

Lack of Professionalism and Zero Respect for Families!!!!! I am writing this review to express my absolute disbelief and outrage at the treatment my parent (my child’s grandparent) received today at the hands of this doctor. If you are looking for a physician who values your time, respects elders, or shows even a modicum of empathy toward children and their caregivers, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. This was, without question, the most degrading experience our family has ever had in a medical setting. To provide context: my parent was doing me a massive favor by taking my child to this appointment. As anyone with a family knows, coordinating schedules between working parents, school, and specialized medical visits is a logistical marathon. The office called us at the very last minute to reschedule, citing weather concerns that were apparently affecting their staff’s ability to get in. We were happy to be flexible. We rearranged our entire afternoon to accommodate their request for a new time location being online mind you this being our first visit. You would think that a doctor’s office, having inconvenienced a patient family due to their own scheduling needs, would be extra gracious. Instead, my son’s grandparent was trying to get on to do a video appointment which was given at the last minute and the nerve of this provider makes me want to vomit! The interaction with Doctor was appalling from the start. Rather than acknowledging the last-minute switch or thanking my parent for being flexible, the doctor was verbally agitated and abusive towards my son’s grandparent. When my parent tried to explain the child’s symptoms, the doctor repeatedly kept blaming and saying it was her fault for not knowing or saying, "I need the short version; I’m behind schedule." And “the people behind you are now late because of you”! Let’s be clear: The doctor was to blame cause they moved all appointments to virtual and issued links at the last minute due to bad weather that hit days before. The disrespect didn't stop at being rushed. The doctor spoke to my parent as if they were incompetent, using a condescending, "slow" tone of voice and sighing loudly whenever my parent had to double-check a detail on their phone or thought the answer was inconclusive. At one point, when the child became understandably restless the doctor snapped, and it’s completely uncalled for him to act in this manner specially towards a child or in front of a while who was in the hospital first time for 3.5 weeks and the second for 2 weeks. To speak to a grandparent—someone who is stepping in to ensure a child gets medical care—with such blatant disregard for their dignity is unacceptable. My parent left the virtual meeting feeling humiliated and shaken. A doctor’s office should be a place of healing and support, not a place where you are bullied by someone with a "MD" after their name who thinks their time is the only time that matters. It is deeply ironic that a pediatrician/specialist would have so little patience for the reality of family life. If you cannot handle the "chaos" of a child or the presence of a grandparent who might take an extra thirty seconds to explain a medical history, you shouldn't be in this field. The Bottom Line: We will not be returning. I will be filing a formal complaint with the clinic management and our insurance provider. No one deserves to be treated like a nuisance, especially not a grandparent who went above and beyond to make an appointment that the doctor's office themselves disrupted. Save yourself the headache and find a doctor who remembers their bedside manner. I don’t even think this doctor should even hold a license let alone be allowed to practice with minors in this was or towards family members and if I could sue him over this I would have already done it.

When I first started seeing Dr. Khan two years ago, I was struggling greatly with depression, anxiety, and alcohol. Now a couple of years later, I am very happy, and free of all those problems. He has been patient and incredibly knowledgeable and helpful through this whole process. I highly recommend him if you’re struggling with the most difficult circumstances.

My experience with Dr. khan and his staff went smoothly. He was able to see me on short notice and he and his staff are friendly and professional. I was able to find his office easily and had no waiting time. I was having sleeping problems and after a thorough history of my background prescribed medication and set a follow-up appointment.

Dr. Khan is an amazing doctor his patients, understanding and kindness are so great he’s been seeing my son for over 5 years or more and been through good times and bad times with us and I have so much respect for him I can’t even put it into words and his constant concern not just with my son but me as well has been so important to me. His office assistant Selma has been so supportive and helpful with me as well I appreciate everything she has had to help me with and at times and it’s been a lot the communication between the two of them is amazing and prompt they have become a part of my family and my support system I have so much respect and love for both of them and could not have made it this far without them. My son is very shy but Dr khan always has a way to get him to talk and put a smile on his face I’m so grateful for them and appreciate them for all that they do for me and my son. Thank you so much Dr. Khan and Selma for always always being there for me I have so much love and respect for you both. Love sana hugs 🤗 and kiss 😘

I cannot recommend Dr. Khan highly enough. As a psychiatrist, Dr. Khan brings a remarkable blend of empathy, expertise, and dedication to patient care. From my very first appointment, I felt heard and understood in ways I had not experienced with other professionals. Dr. Khan's ability to listen deeply and ask insightful questions made me feel valued and respected.

My family has been going to Dr. Kahn for five years, and we love everyone there. Dr. Kahn is very patient and easy going . The office staff are amazing. They are very helpful and always go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. I love that we can have in office or virtual appointments, that way it fits our schedule better.
