I cannot stress how much relief Natalia provided me when I took my car to her! When I was looking for a detailing place to fix some paint and some rubber scuff marks, no one would pick up the phone or return my call. Natalia picked up and helped me set up a time to come by even when she was sick! She will go above and beyond to make sure your car is in the best shape possible! She did an exceptional job of getting the rubber out and touching up my paint for me. I appreciated how she took the time to explain a lot of her process and other details about my car’s paint to help me be educated. She was very professional and respectful of my car, treating it as if it was her own! While waiting for the touch up paint to dry she went ahead and polished my headlights for me, free of charge, which I greatly appreciated. I’m not sure what Natalia can’t do when it comes detailing a car. I won’t be taking my car to any other detailer in the upstate after working with Stella Detailing!
