Hotel Stayz Royale

We had booked the entire hotel for a function, and overall the stay was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the building is quite new and the rooms are well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the rooms themselves were good. A special mention to the terrace rooms, which were particularly nice and added a pleasant experience to the stay. The staff was cooperative in providing water bottles whenever we asked, without restricting the count, which was appreciated during the event. However, there were a few issues that affected the overall experience. The washrooms were not very clean, and in some rooms the flush was not working properly. A few rooms also had geysers that were not functioning. Additionally, some water guns (health faucets) were damaged and had not been repaired. Since we had booked the entire hotel for a function, better maintenance would have made a big difference. It also seemed that only two helpers were managing the property, which might be the reason some issues were not addressed promptly. Overall, the hotel has good potential because of its new infrastructure and decent rooms, but improvements in maintenance, cleanliness, and staffing would significantly enhance the guest experience.

Worst hotel.. I paid 1600 for single and not even changed the bed sheets and pillow covers.. full of hairs in the room.. no water availability, no proper cleaning.. no hot water facility.. geyser was not working and it's getting shock frequently.. just name sake... Don't go to this hotel
