Full disclosure - I didn’t get a chance to use the services of this company, so why 5 stars?
Late one evening my car got stuck up in an icy mountain road. I contacted AAA and they told me someone would be there within 30 minutes. Hours pass, and eventually AAA calls me to tell me they can’t help me, and that *this* company was the primary reason why. I ended up calling another tow company, having waited several hours, feeling abandoned and angry.
In the morning, Sydni from all mountain reached out to me. I had no idea they were the provider that was initially contacted by AAA.
But AAA never organized a driver with them, then tried to throw this company under the bus for the stated reasons they couldn’t help me. AAA lied to me, stating that a driver from this company was 30 minutes away, even sending me an update when they were “close to arriving”. When I explained this to All Mountain, who clarified that no such communications between All Mountain and AAA occurred at any point, their representative Sydni, fought for ME to get reimbursed from AAA for my out of pocket rescue service expenses from another company.
This review is primarily anti AAA, but I was so shocked at how willing a company I hadn’t patronized wanted to do the right thing by me. When Sydni called me, the first thing she asked was if I was okay and safe.
It was incredible integrity and service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use their services in the future due to the dignity and respect I received from them.
