Sacramento Protective Services

I have been using Sacramento Protective Services at my property for the last 3+ years. They are fast acting to address any new concerns and send detailed reports from their patrols, with photos. Invoicing is always submitted on time and without reminder which is highly appreciated! I am extremely satisfied with the value of their services while at such an affordable rate!

Overall absolutely amazing company. Can’t say enough about how much they’ve helped with the awful homeless, druggie and theft issues that have plagued my business for years. Jason and his team have done a great job for me and my company. We have had a nightmare dealing with vandalism and homeless breaking into a vacant property we own causing over $100k in damages. Finally, someone referred me to Sacramento Protective Services and since they took the property over, we have had very few problems. I receive regular written reports and we have had no complaints about the way the officers interact with the public. In fact, they usually know most of the regulars as these people just move from property to property and just want to find someplace where no one with bother them. Unfortunately, if you own vacant property today, you have to have security and I can't say enough about Sacramento Protective Services.

Sacramento Protective Services monitors, supports and responds to our PBID (Property Business Improvement District) and the businesses within the boundaries within 5-10 minutes. We rely on their professionalism, quality of service and knowledge of law enforcement.

The HOA I manage is a gated community of almost 1,000 homes in Sacramento. After a lot of research this summer I recommended Sacramento Protective Services to our Board. So far so good! The first 5 months of their contract they have been outstanding. Jason responds faster than anyone I deal with. Anytime an issue comes up he calls me to see what SPS can do differently to improve and they follow up on it and they do. Overnight parking on our private streets is not allowed and since SPS took over security the number of cars parked overnight are way down. They report street lights that are out to 311. We are an older community so we do not have too much activity but when we do SPS is out quickly to answer the call. I have dealt with Paladin, First Security and Allied Universal during my short time working my way up to GM but Sacramento Protective Services is the best security company we've had. I would recommend them to other HOA's and even our North Natomas CVS shopping center who has had some security issues as of late. The negative reviews must've been when they were first starting off - now they are well established, have experience professional guards and make our community feel safe.

I have had the pleasure of working with Sacramento Protective Services for several years. Jason and his staff have gone above and beyond to ensure the highest quality of service at my property and the residents all agree. The reports are thorough and they always respond immediately. Jason has even attended board meetings in the past and communicates with me when ever there is an issue at my property. This company is a great asset and their employees provide great assistance to helping the communities they serve. I attend public meetings with them present and work with them frequently to raise quality of life in neighborhoods in sacramento county.

Had the worst experience of my life speaking to one of the dispatchers (badge 376) who refused to do a wellness check on someone in my apartment who I was worried for the safety of. What a disgusting way to treat humans. What terrible service. I will be taking legal action immediately for the at I was tossed side and told no!
