I cannot recommend Grace Lucero and her team (Leslie Olch) more highly. I interviewed several agents to sell my home in downtown Healdsburg, and am confident I selected the best partner. I'm not sure anyone can say that selling their home was "easy", but Grace and her team made the process as easy as possible. A few key points if you are considering working with them: 1) They are deeply connected in the local/Bay Area market for possible buyers and for current market trends, 2) Need any pre-repair work done? Grace's contracting business means she has professional, reasonably-priced contractors on speed dial. Every single person she sent was A+, 3) Solid, realistic, strategic approach to the sale - Grace nailed when to put it on the market, at what price, and with what exceptions (we got a cash offer within 1% of our asking price in the first week). 4) Grace and her team's approach with the client is extremely professional - particularly if you like a direct, no-nonsense approach. Grace is also a good negotiator, and I trusted her to get us across the finish line with a deal that was fair for both me and the buyer. Honestly, you cannot go wrong with this team!
