Angel gave us a very reasonable price to paint the exterior of our 1937 house, and began work when he said he would. He and his crew did a great job preparing the cedar shakes/trim before painting, put drop cloths on everything necessary, brought all the detail back to life, and followed through with a great clean-up. That job went so well I asked him to fix/paint a couple of water damaged interior ceilings. Those came out so well I asked him to fix the water damaged wood underneath our glass block where the exterior caulk had failed. That required removing (and reinstalling) the existing aluminum flashing, then replacing the rotten 2x4 and 3/4" ply supports. Watching him work, it seems like he can pretty much do anything you might need done around the house. He then re-caulked it as tight as a drum. It is as good as new. For the quality of the work, you might find comparable but you won't find better - and all at a very reasonable price.
