I called Alan for an estimate and he came by the next day, first thing in the morning. Alan was very professional and gave me an estimate right away for removal and replacement, lower than I calculated myself! My insurance company thinks my roof is older than it actually is, and with lack of evidence, I have been seeking to replace the roof again just to not be stuck with Allstate charging so much. I had a small leak that I had searched for extensively myself, to no avail. Alan spotted the leak from the roof right away and patched it in seconds. I cannot express how solid this was as he helped me without asking anything in return. He is a straight-shooter and gained my trust and sincere thanks.
