Power/pressure washing
I soft wash houses using high volume low pressure to gently apply a cleaning solution and rinse with pressure only when needed. The cleaning solution I use is effective in killing the mold spore, preventing it from coming back sooner.
Gutter cleaning
Gutter cleaning includes checking all downspouts are clear and working properly, removing debris from gutters by hand, bagging and haul away debris.
