I wanted to take a moment to thank VIP Barbershop for the excellent customer service we received. Victor truly went out of his way to make my son feel comfortable when we came in for a last minute appointment after his regular barber canceled. With my son’s graduation ceremony coming up, the timing was stressful, but Victor’s professionalism, patience, and kindness made all the difference. He took the time to ease my son’s nerves about trying a new barber and delivered a great cut that helped make an important day even more special. We’re incredibly grateful for the care and attention Victor showed, and it did not go unnoticed. Experiences like this are what keep customers coming back. Hands down the best barber I’ve had. I’ve been going to Victor for over 4 years and still travel about an hour just to get a haircut from him, and it’s 100% worth it every time. He puts real time and care into each cut, never rushing, and always remembers exactly how I like my hair, so all I have to do is sit in the chair and relax. On top of that, Victor is a genuinely great person who takes the time to get to know you beyond just providing a service. You can tell he truly cares about his craft and his clients.
