Being a repeat customer, I have consistently tried to give this company the benefit of the doubt despite repeated issues and excuses.
However, on multiple occasions when placing orders, I have been given the runaround and made to wait one time up to six hours for gas delivery.
This experience clearly shows that the company is not focused on building a loyal customer base, but rather on one-time purchases, nothing consistent. As a result, I will never place an order with this company again, and I do not recommend their services.
The owner(s) urgently need to address the conduct of their delivery team and customer service representatives, as this is not how a professional business should operate.
Today alone, I waited from 1:00 PM, and even after 4:00 PM, no delivery was received and no meaningful update was provided. This level of service is unacceptable.

First I ordered gas and paid online, they didn't deliver until almost 4 days after. Gave them a second chance and they sent a driver who is hard of hearing, so instead of being at work I was giving directions for about 30 minutes repeating the same thing
