Jake and Mitch are a superb double duo of electricians. During a not so straight forward kitchen install, their professionalism (& patience with my questions) and skills throughout were commendable! Tasks carried out (to a high standard everywhere) were: Adding multiple new electrical outlets, moving the oven and hob supplies, wired up new outlets for all the appliances, added new feeds & plugs for the under cabinet/plinth, fitted a double socket and a floodlight! Due to delays elsewhere in the build, they also managed to accommodate two additional electrical requests by me (fit a light and an extra double socket in the garage). All was completed with a smile! Their skills fishing electrical wiring through tiny holes and from behind plasterboard shows in their ceiling spotlights work. They only had to cut one hole in the ceiling to pull the wiring through, no pool table on our ceiling to fix! They also noted that the old spotlights at the other end of the kitchen were not fire reg compliant (new from build), and poorly wired up! They replaced them and corrected the poor new build wiring, thank you for catching that one guys! They also had to improvise and adapted the plinth and cabinet lighting wiring feed because the electrical fittings provided by the kitchen manufacturer were not those expected. This added to the job timeline but was all done without grumble with Mitch stayed till 1900 on a Friday to finish the job! My wife and I are super chuffed with their work. The fittings they used throughout are high quality, look smart and operate with a quality feel. Throughout, their in person and communication was superb. They were friendly polite at all times, and to echo other reviews, they are kind of contractors you'd be happy to leave at your home alone! We will be using them again to complete an ECIR early next year, plus any other work. We highly recommend them! Watts Electrical Contractors Ltd = A great job! Cheers guys!!

We called Watts Electrical after several recommendations due to our main fuse board making a crackling noise. Mitch came and worked out the problem. We had to have the main fuse board replaced (due to a burned out main live wire!) with a more modern consumer unit, which is now safer. Mitch and Jake are tidy workers and very polite and friendly. Fair pricing, too. Definitely recommend.
