Highest praises to Eva and Rafa who helped out with my 2017 Toyota Yaris Hatchback. I needed some front and back body work done after driving and slipping in the rain. Eva is extremely efficient and the way she communicates throughout the entire insurance claims process makes it all very less stressful. I was able to get my car in and out in a reasonable time. Rafa is a hospitable, kind, and hard working person. Eva and Rafa even stayed up late after their service hours to ensure I could get my car in time. There is quality of work here, I truly do feel like my car was repaired to prior accident level. About 2 weeks after getting my car, I did experience some issues (to which I attribute more to the age of my car and not the quality of their work- Toyota hatchback bumpers have been known to have weaker retainer clips for bumpers). But I mentioned it to Eva and Rafa and they were quick to reply, get me in, fix it within an hour, and I was able to safely drive on the freeway again. These people are hardworking and efficient; this place definitely deserves our community's business. Thank you again, All Cars Collision.
