I called South QLD Restoration in a panic when a pipe burst in the apartment adjacent to mine and completely flooded my unit. They were kind, professional and reassuring that no matter the issue, they could help! I called them at 2pm and they arrived at 8am the next day to start water extraction, mould mitigation and carpet removal. Glenn was a pleasure to deal with! So kind, informative and made the whole process smooth. I couldn’t recommend them more and will be using them again in the future!
