Douglas was great in communicating with me while we were setting up his visit, and while he was with us. My husband and I actually learned quite a bit about our electrical circuits and the use of dimmer switches from him and he and his assistant cleaned up perfectly A great experience all around I would highly recommend him!!

The men were courteous, professional, and tidy. They installed 4 recessed LED lights. No problems whatsoever. Great communication. Don’t hesitate to try them.

Douglas Tracy Electrician was by far the best company that evaluated our problem. Best value and best solution. Doug thinks outside of the box. The problem was that the breaker box needed replacement due to water damage and new town code required that there could be no water or sewer pipes above or below the box, as there were in this 1986 house. Other companies said I’d need to hire a plumber. Doug thought of moving the box to the next room. Brilliant! He fixed it and passed the town inspection at a reasonable price. Very satisfied with his work. Also, he is super responsive - answering questions and inquiries in minutes.

I have worked with Douglas and his team twice and plan to work with him again in the future. Douglas is extremely communicative, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He answered all of my questions and clarified everything before starting the work. The cost for work is also very reasonable. I also want to acknowledge one of his employees, Santiago, he’s hardworking, professional and very personable. I would definitely recommend Douglas and his team for any of your electrical needs.
