As a local real estate agent , I use the UPS Store in Collingwood for my business needs and have always had a great experience. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient. I’m consistently happy with their service.

I have to be honest — I don’t often have much interaction with anyone from UPS. However, yesterday I had to visit the Collingwood location to drop off a return package. I had multiple papers and wasn’t entirely sure what went where. I was in a bit of a rush and felt a little silly for not knowing what I was doing.
The woman working there was incredibly kind and helpful. She assisted me efficiently and made the whole experience unexpectedly pleasant. It’s genuinely refreshing to encounter such respectful and considerate people.
