Purchased a transmission from this company for $2,000. Was told it was good. Turned out to be bad. Company will not stand behind anything and will not return my calls after they have texted me multiple times saying they would call every other day. This has been going on for quite sometime now. I would not be surprised if they responded to this review with a ridiculous excuse in hopes to save their own tail. I have accepted the fact I lost out on my $2,000 and will be moving on due to the poor customer service. I run a business myself and would never wish this upon any customer. I do not believe in doing business this way.

Took my semi for diagnostic with wheel shake. Alex and John took their time and found the problem called and updated me gave my a ETA on repair. When they realized and found more issues they did not just fix what they initially told me they actually took the time and went the entire extra mile to make sure that the job was done and done correctly. I appreciate that so much more than just fixing one issue then I gotta bring it back for another issue. I will recommend any customer to makem fast any day any time. The effort they put into my project was over and beyond what I expected to receive.
